Pico XR Project

This game uses webcam-based pose estimation for player movement and a smartphone as a motion controller for aiming and shooting.

Play Instructions

Scan the QR code with your phone to open the controller page, then launch the game on desktop.

• For minimum latency connect both phone and laptop to the same WiFi, and avoid office WiFis/HotSpots (which do not support Peer-to-Peer connections).
• Make sure you are fully visible in the webcam for pose detection to work; you might need to take a few steps back.
• Raise one hand above your head at any time to re-center your character's depth in the game.
• Keep an eye on your ammo counter. To collect more ammo, bend down and move your hand close to an ammo box on the ground until it disappears.
